A simple record of your day

What is a voiding diary?

A voiding diary, also called a bladder diary, is a record of what you drink and when you pass urine (pee). You can include amounts, the feeling of needing to go (urgency), and any leaks.

  • Record in a few taps. Add drinks, voids, urgency, and leaks, with optional sleep and other observations.
  • See the patterns. Bring your entries together in a timeline, charts, and daily summaries.
  • Keep it flexible. Leave optional details blank and correct entries whenever you need to.
